A
long list of credits underscore saxophonist Bobby Nunno's experiences.
From opening for legendary blues artists B.B. King, Delbert McClinton,
Robert Cray, Buddy Guy and Jeff Lorber (who gave Kenny G his start)
to performing with band members of Michael Bolton, Sypro Gyra,
'NSync and David Sanborn. He has collaborated with musicians from
Orleans, Jimi Hendrix and Tower of Power; a personal highlight.
Bobby has worked under the direction of Charles Byrd (NBC Orchestra)
and Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus. Among his recording
credits, Bobby can be heard on numerous Pocket Songs (a division
of Music Minus One), the "Inside Video" theme song airing
on NBC, radio and television commercials for The Advocate and
NBO Clothing. In addition to playing Saxophone, Bob's talents
extend to the piano, guitar, bass, flute and clarinet. He received
a Masters in Music Education from Western Connecticut State University
School of Music and is currently Band Director at West Shore Middle
School in Milford, CT. Bobby's diverse musical vocabulary, from
funk to jazz, his proficiency as a studio musician, teacher and
of course, live performer, make him an invaluable member of the
HotHouse Band.
