This
page will always be in loving memory of our friend, keyboardist
and vocalist, Richie Volza. A muti-talented force to HotHouse's
line-up. Great friend, working along with Mickey DiMichele, for
more than thirty years, he lost his battle with cancer on Feb.
24, 2009. He had been involved in numerous recording projects
with such luminary producers as Paul Leka (Stevie Wonder, Harry
Chapin, Steam of "Nah Nah, Hey Hey" fame) He has also
recorded with LaToya Jackson, saxophonist Jon Smith from Toto
and Pat Thrall from Asia and Meatloaf. Volza also arranged and
recorded the music for Baywatch's Gena Lee Nolin's work out video
in Malibu, CA. Richie was a widely respected arranger and is accomplished
both as a studio musician and a live performer. He was also the
loving husband to Maria and step-father to her children. And nobody,
we do mean nobody, could tell a joke better than Richie. We love
you and will miss you forever.
