A multitude of influences have gone into creating HotHouse. Jil draws inspiration from artists ranging from Bonnie Raitt to jazz greats, Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughn. Vicki is deeply rooted in soul, funk and gospel, Mickey DiMichele, bassist & vocalist, has a strong background in Rock and R&B. Together, with co-founding member, drummer Ric Haddad, they have honed the vast array of material into a show-stopping production. HotHouse has breathed new life into old favorites, and perform contemporary hits with a fresh voice. They have been invited back to play at some of the most prestigious venues, from Caesar’s in Atlantic City, where they opened for Cher at the millennium celebration to the stages of Las Vegas strip. All our musicians all have years of experience, and each brings their unique style to the HotHouse line-up.
